“The Wrath of Becky” serves as a sequel to “Becky,” featuring a 16-year-old protagonist determined to take down a group of neo-Nazis planning an insurrection and targeting her dog. The film starts off slowly but gains momentum in the second half, delivering engaging action sequences. Years after the events of the original film, Becky is on the run, racing against time to rescue her dog, Diego, who has been kidnapped by the hate group. Along the way, she discovers their insurrection plot and becomes determined to stop them. However, the film falls short in terms of character development and an uninspiring screenplay. While the kills are satisfactory, they lack the intensity and creativity that could have elevated the film. Furthermore, the characters, including Becky herself, feel underdeveloped and fail to captivate. Despite its flaws, “The Wrath of Becky” offers mindless entertainment and can be enjoyed by those seeking an action-filled experience. Visit afdah for more!
